In this five part series, we discuss the foundational principles needed in order to gain momentum, clarity and set goals toward your future teacher business!
In Part 5 of this series, we discuss the components of Goal Setting, Prioritizing, Strategizing and Planning with a Willing and Willful Attitude! After preparing clear, intentional goals for the New Year or any quarter of a given year, your attitude will ultimately keep you focused or take you off track! In order for any great plan to work, we must all be willing to put in the work-even if results are not immediate. A willful, steadfast spirit will keep you in the game and working towards the finish line.
Preparing for the New Year can seem exciting for some, but for other teachers, the thought of changing careers feels daunting. Although many teachers would love to have their own business, become a teacherpreneur or invest in their future selves, they lack the preparedness to move forward in beginning their micro-school, tutoring or homeschooling business. Searching for teacher career change needs careful thought, attention and intentionality.
In each episode, you will discover what needs to be defeated in order to be successful at your upcoming teacher career change. You will become more aware of what's "blocking" you, so you can step into true teacher freedom and true purpose for success and fulfillment.

After determining goals, priorities and strategies (Episode 36), you will use the 4-1-Q-1 System to break down quarter plans into months, weeks and days. This system ensures your goals are being met and not put on the back burner!
